Accomodation Guide

The organisers will book the accommodation for the Instructors at the Pre-Congress Institute and for the Plenary Speakers.

All others [attending the Institute as students and/or presenting papers in parallel sessions of the Congress and the Symposium] must book their accommodation themselves, by directly contacting the hotels. However, both the former and the latter [i.e., one and all] must inform us, when and how they are reaching Lucknow, and when and how they are leaving.

Please note:

1. If you are calling from abroad, you should not prefix the Lucknow city code 522 with 0.
2. The hotels recommended below are offering us special packages with substantial discounts. Hence, it is prudent to tell them that you are attending isfc2003, and avoid booking through any agents (who might pocket the discounts plus the service charges)
